摘要
以 N,N′-二甲苯胺为催化剂合成了含环氧基的甲基丙烯酸改性 F-4 4树脂 ,并研究了反应时间、反应温度、催化剂用量对甲基丙烯酸转化率的影响 ,发现当反应温度为 95℃、催化剂用量为单体质量的 1 .5%时 ,反应在 4 h之内可以完成 ;用紫外光曝光、FT-IR跟踪碳碳双键含量变化的方法测试并证实了改性树脂具有优良的光敏性 :紫外光曝光 5s后 ,双键反应程度达50 %以上 ;残留 4 0 %环氧基的甲基丙烯酸改性 F-4 4树脂制成的漆膜在紫外光曝光后附着力达到 1级 ,并且稳定性良好。
Modified methacrylic F 44 resin containing epoxy group has been synthesized by using N,N′ dimethylaminobenzene as catalyst. The effects of reaction time, reaction temperature and catalyst amount on the conversion of methacrylic acid is studied in this article. It is discovered that the reaction can be finished within 4 hours when the temperature is 95℃ and the catalyst amount is 1.5% of the monomer weight. The detection with UV exposure and FT IR tracking variation of carbon carbon double bonds proves that the product has a high photosensitivity. More than 50% of carbon carbon double bonds can be reacted after 5 seconds of UV exposure. The film formed by the remaining 44%of the product has first grade adhesive force and excellent stability after UV exposure.
