酮替芬联合孟鲁司特钠治疗感染后咳嗽的临床分析

Clinical Analysis About the Treatment of Ketotifen Combined with Montelukast on Post-infectious Cough

目的探讨酮替芬联合孟鲁司特钠治疗感染后咳嗽的疗效及安全性。方法将收治的125例感染后咳嗽患者随机分成2组,A组患儿口服酮替芬、孟鲁司特钠,B组患儿仅口服抗菌药物,比较2组咳嗽症状改善情况、治愈率及不良反应。结果治疗组咳嗽症状改善明显,有效率较高,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且无明显不良反应。结论酮替芬联合孟鲁司特钠治疗感染后咳嗽疗效确切,安全性好,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of ketotifen combined with montelukast on post-infectious cough. Methods 125 patients with post-infectious cough were randomly divided into two groups,group A were treated by ketotifen combined with montelukast,group B were treated with antibiotics only, than compared the clinical efficacy measured by reduction of cough frequency and effective rate after treatment.And the incidence of side effects was observed at the same time.Results Compared with group B,treatment on group A led to a greater reduction of cough frequency and duration in patients with post-infectious persistent cough, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.And showed fairly low rate of side effects.Conclusion Treatment with ketotifen combined with montelukast could be an effective and safe therapy for post-infectious cough.
