摘要
改变调节系统的取压点 ,应用快速阻尼器克服系统干扰 ,系统整定调节器 PID参数 ,实现焦炉荒煤气微压自动调节 ,稳定生产工艺 ,减少环境污染 ,提高经济效益。
By means of changing the pressure measure point of the control system, using the rapid damper to conquer the system disturbance, adjusting the PID value of transmitter, the micro pressure of raw gas from coke oven was auto controlled to steady the process, reduce the environment pollution and improve the economic benefits.
