摘要
由于硫酸盐和硅酸盐等难溶垢的存在 ,工业锅炉单用酸洗的方法是难以一次性清洗干净的 ,即使除垢率达到了《低压锅炉化学清洗规则》中的要求 ,也会有残留的水垢 ,给锅炉安全经济运行带来不利影响 .本文对残留水垢提出了可在锅炉日常运行中清洗的方法 .
Because there remains water scale of sulphates and silicates and so on,it is difficult for industrial boiler to be cleaned by acid cleaning one time.Even if the rate of water scale removed is up to the requirments of the chemical cleaning rules for the low press boiler,water scale remained is unfavourable to the boiler operating safely and economicaly.In view of the possible problems occuring,the methods which can be used to clean water scale in the boiler in everyday operation is given out.
