Investment Control in Design Stage in Construction Engineering Project Management

针对目前在建设项目投资管理中,对设计阶段投资控制重视不够,造成概算超估算,即在工程建设的前期阶段就已投资失控的问题,提出了几方面控制措施,并通过工程实践中的具体数据说明了设计阶段投资控制的重要和必要。

This article,in view of attaching insufficient importance of investment control in the design phase in the present investment management of construction projects,and causing ultra-budget estimate,namely the problem of being out of control in investment in the earlier stage of engineering construction,puts forward some control measures,and describes importance and necessity of investment control in design stage through specific data in engineering practice.
