试论明朝官员的“在朝经商”

Discussion on Ming Officials “in Business”

自古以来,封建政权至上而下都严格实行"重农抑商"的经济政策,尤其是对在朝官员涉及商业的禁止更为严格。可是,"为官从商",或者"官商勾结"一事却屡禁不止,直至明朝,更是成为一种普遍存在的社会现象。

Since ancient times,the feudal regimes strictly implemented the economic policy of ＂regards farming restrains business＂ from top to bottom,and especially,more strictly banned officials from being involved in commerce.However,the ＂officials in business＂,or ＂collusion of officials and businessmen＂ occurred repeatedly though which were banned.Until the Ming Dynasty,they had become a widespread social phenomenon.
