摘要
长期以来,孙中山和石长信是被贴上对立标签的人物,但他们在讨论铁路重要性、铁路国有、引进外资方面却有相同之处。本文试图从时代思潮的背景下来分析比较这两篇文章。就铁路的重要性而言,石长信更强调行政和国防方面,孙中山则侧重于民生方面;就铁路国有而言,石长信强调它对政令统一的影响,孙中山则侧重于铁路的社会整合;就引进外资方面,孙中山比石长信的态度更为明确;就修建铁路规模而言,石长信的观点具有务实性,孙中山则带有浪漫色彩。可见,革命派和顽固派间的对立并非明显,而且,还带有相当程度的继承和发展。
Sun Yat-sen and Shi Chang-xin have been labeled as opposite figures, but there were similarities on what they discussed about the importance of the railway, the necessity of railway-owned, and the investment of foreign capital. This paper tries to analyze and compare the two articles involved. As far as the importance of the railway is concerned, Shi Chang -xin emphasized on administration and defense while the Sun is more focused on people' s livelihood ; As for the state-run railway, Shi Chang-xin stressed the unity of its decree while Sun focused on the social integration; on foreign investment, Sun Yat-sen' s attitude is more clear than Shi Changxin' s; on the scale of the railway construction, Shi Changxin' s view is more practical while Sun Yat-sen is romantic. Obviously, the difference between Revolutionaries and diehards is not apparent, and there is a considerable degree of inheritance and development between them.
