摘要
研究了在Tween 80存在下 ,依来铬青蓝R与三价铁显色反应的适宜条件 ,建立了测定痕量铁的新吸光光度法。形成紫色络合物 ,最大吸收峰为 550nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数为ε=4 .70× 1 0 4L·mol- 1·cm- 1,三价铁在 0~ 0 .8μg/ml范围内符合比尔定律。该法应用于湖南省宁乡绿茶中痕量铁的测定 ,获得了较满意的结果。
The color reaction of Ferric with solochrome cyanine R (SCR) was studied spectrophotometrically. SCR reacts with Ferric to form a purplish complex with maximum absorption being 550nm and molar absorptivity 4.70×10 4 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 in the presence of Tween 80. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~0.8 μg Ferric/ml. The method has been applied to determine microamounts of iron in the tea samples with satisfactory results.
