摘要
程序化死亡因子5基因(PDCD5)是一种新的重要的凋亡调控基因,具有明显的促进细胞凋亡和抑制增殖的效应,其表达异常与多种疾病的发生、发展及严重程度密切相关,且重组PDCD5蛋白与化疗药物、抗风湿药物等诱导凋亡药物联用有明显的增效作用。目前研究发现PDCD5促进细胞调亡的可能机制主要分为两类,一是caspase依赖的线粒体途径或死亡受体途径导致的细胞凋亡和二是非caspase依赖的副凋亡。
Programmed cell death 5 gene (PDCD5) , a novel important apoptosis regulatory gene, can obviously promot cell apoptosis and suppress proliferation, the abnommlity of its expression closely correlates with the form- ing, development and the serious degree in many diseases. There is a demonstrable synergies when the recombinant PDCD5 protein is used with some apoptosis - inducing drugs such as chemotherapy drugs, antirheumatic drugs. The recent research shows that the possible mechanism which PDCD5 promots the cell apoptosis can be classified into two types : ( 1 ) caspase - dependent mitochondrial pathway or death receptor pathway leads to apoptosis ; (2) non - casoase dependent paraptosis.
