摘要
阐述了2006年以来呼包鄂地区规划及相关规划(包括《全国主体功能区规划》、《内蒙古自治区呼包鄂区域经济"十一五"发展规划》、《内蒙古自治区国民经济和社会发展第十个五年计划纲要》、《内蒙古自治区国民经济和社会发展第十一个五年规划纲要》、《内蒙古自治区国民经济和社会发展第十二个五年规划》对呼包鄂地区的安排;给出了呼包鄂地区规划及相关规划越来越受到重视、衔接程度差、内容单一、权威性不够强和实施对策软弱等评价意见;提出了加强呼包鄂地区区域规划研究、确定呼包鄂地区区域规划的法定地位、确定呼包鄂地区区域规划的实施主体、完善呼包鄂地区规划及相关规划体系、制定和实施呼包鄂地区主体功能区规划方案等对策。
