不同冬性大白菜品种花芽形态分化比较

Comparison of Different Winter Variety Morphological Differentiation of Floral Buds in Chinese Cabbage

以新二包、小包23、哨兵为试材,采用连续石蜡切片的方法,对不同冬性大白菜的花芽形态分化进行了比较并分别对其进行了特征描述。结果表明,不同冬性的大白菜材料花芽分化的速度和程度不同,大白菜花芽的发育速度为冬性弱>中间型>冬性强。结合抽薹情况可以得出,通过观察其苗期(6～7片叶)花芽分化的形态即可确定其是否可作为春季栽培的品种。

Xin Erbao, Xiaobao 23 and Shaobing were chosen as experimental materials. Using the methods of paraffin section, comparison of different winter variety morphological differentiation of floral buds in Chinese cabbages was conducted. The results showed that： the bolting morphological differentiation rate and speed of floral buds in Chinese cabbages were different. The differentiation of floral bud in weak winter cultivars was earlier than the strong ones. Furthermore, combined with bolting situation, we confirmed that through observation of the floral bud shape at seedling stage （6 - 7 leaves ）, whether the variety could he used in spring is judged.
