摘要
选择二甲亚砜作为萃取溶剂,绘制标准曲线,采用萃取-紫外分光光度法,测定土壤中3,4-苯并芘的含量。结果表明,标准溶液3,4-苯并芘含量在1.0~3.0 mg/L范围内,3,4-苯并芘含量与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.987 6;在焦化厂附近土壤中3,4-苯并芘的平均含量为191 mg/kg。
Using dimethyl sulfoxide as extraction solvent, making the standard curve and adopting solvent extraction and UV spectrophotometry 3, 4-benzopyrene content in the soil was determined. The results showed that when the standard 3, 4-benzopy- rene concentration was between 1.0 - 3.0 mg/L, the 3, 4-benzopyrene content in the soil and absorbance showed a fine linear rela- tionship, the correlation coefficient was 0.987 6; 3, 4-benzopyrene content in the soil around the coking yard was 191 mg/kg.
