摘要
面对油脂企业原料短缺、农民有豆惜售的局面,传统的"企业挂牌收购、农民送粮"购销模式对油脂行业已呈现出不适应。"企业+农户"模式通过改变油脂行业的产业链结构,使商品市场和原材料市场联动,从源头消除价格风险,从而可望解决上述难题。利用博弈模型分析油脂行业中推广"企业+农户"模式可行性后结果表明:订单合同中违约金额的设定是制约"企业+农户"模式推广的重要因素,并提出提高订单合同执行率、建立企业和农户的声誉监督机制、重视政府和合作社的作用和运用期货工具等建议来促进油脂行业"企业+农户"模式的发展。
Facing the situation of oils enterprises raw material shortage and farmers won't sell soybean,the traditional purchase model of enterprises purchase go public and farmers delivery soybean has been not adapt to oils industry."Enterprise+Farmer" was most possible solved the problem above by changing the structure of oils industry chain for the linkage between commercial market and material market.The results showed that order penalty was an important restrictive factor that spread "Enterprise+Farmer" in oils industry by establishing and analyzing game models.It put forward suggestions that increasing order execution rate,establishing enterprises and farmers reputation supervision mechanism,paying attention to the role of government and cooperative,using futures tool base on the above-mentioned conclusion.
