摘要
提出了一种基于霍尔器件的非接触式节气门位置传感器的永磁磁路,对该永磁磁路进行了理论计算分析,应用Ansoft对该磁路的磁场进行了动态仿真分析。通过分析磁路的磁场分布和测量气隙内各点磁感应强度随运动区域转过角度的变化规律,确定了霍尔器件最佳检测点。仿真结果表明:距离测量气隙末端1 mm和3 mm之间矩形区域的几何中心为霍尔器件的最佳检测点。
This paper presented a permanent magnetic circuit of throttle position sensor which was non-contact based on hall device.The magnetic field of the circuit was analyzed with Ansoft simulation software.Through the analysis of the magnetic field distribution and the change rule of magnetic induction in measuring air-gap during the rotation process of the movement region,it determined the optimal testing point of the hall device.The simulation results show that,the geometric center of the rectangular area which is away from the measuring air-gap ends from 1 mm to 3 mm is the optimal testing point.
