基于DSP的油路磨粒检测系统的设计

摘要 油道里颗粒的性能反映出旋转系统硬件的破损程度和破损的部位,文中设计出一款检测油道里颗粒特性的系统。该系统即能检测磁性(如铁颗粒)物质也能检测非磁性物质(如钢、铜颗粒)。在前端用到电感式传感器提取油道里颗粒和产生的信号和噪声信号,再经过模拟电路的调理把信号送到AD转换器中,然后经过DSP的控制把数据传到DSP里面等待DSP处理这些数据,把处理好的数据再经过处理进一步得到与颗粒特性的关系,最后把数据传给上位机。经验证表明:系统具有稳定性、准确性和实时性。 The characteristic of grain can reflect the breakage level and position of hardware in rotation system.The purpose of this design is to get a fuel grain detecting system.It can detect magnetism material(such as iron),and non-magnetism material(such as steel and copper).First,it got the signal from the sensor,another,let the signal arrive the scope of AD converter via the acquisition of analog circuit.Then it allowed the digital signal from AD converter to DSP with the purpose of processing in DSP.Last,it made the data which have been processed to the upper machine.This verified system indicates that it has stability,accurate and real-time.The detecting system can be used in many rotation systems.It is called the rotation stay alive.
