摘要 提出了一种应用于高速数据采集系统的DMA控制器设计方案,用以提高数据传输速率和微处理器效率。该DMA控制器具备PCI总线接口;设计了数据FIFO优化了数据采集存储及向上位机交互方式;支持多通道且制定了相应优先级仲裁策略;设计传输描述序列机制以增强DMA传输的可编程性,进一步减少微处理器对底层单元的参与。该方案具有良好的移植性,可应用于采样速率高、数据采集量大、数据实时性要求的数据采集系统。 This paper proposed a design scheme of DMA controller used in high-speed data acquisition system to improve data transmission rate and microprocessor unit efficiency.The design supported PCI bus interface.And the paper designed data FIFO to optimize data sampling and storage.Multi-channel and corresponding priority arbitration strategy was discussed.To enhance programmable ability,transmission description sequence mechanism was designed with reducing participation of microprocessor unit to bottom layer.The scheme has excellent portability,can be applied in the data acquisition system which requires high sampling rate,large amount of data and high real-time performance.
