基于InTouch组态软件与串口的通讯实现 被引量:4

摘要 在连续退火生产线中,炉区温度的稳定性对退火后带钢的品质起着至关重要的作用。连续退火线中采用In-Touch组态软件与带串口功能的温控仪表及调功装置对炉区温度进行检测与控制。鉴于InTouch组态软件与串行温控仪表无法直接串行通讯,提出一种以Visual Basic控件为媒介,InTouch与Visual Basic控件之间采用DDE方式连接,VisualBasic与温控仪表间采用标准的串口通讯协议通讯的控制方法。工程实践结果表明:在该控制方式下,通讯稳定,温度控制达到了工艺要求,满足了生产需求。 The stability of oven area temperature is very important for softening strip quality in continuous softening production line.The realization of oven area temperature detection and control was based on InTouch Visual Basic and serial devices.Because the InTouch can't communicate with temperature devices directly.So Visual Basic can be used as the media to connect InTouch and Visual Basic through DDE.In addition,Visual Basic connected to Serial Devices through standard serial protocol.Production shows that this communication mode is stable.The mode of temperature control meets the technological requirements and satisfies the production demands.
