处于社会转型时期的新生代农民工道德信仰必然会受到城市文明的更为深刻的冲击和震荡。由于他们的综合素养、社会阅历、对城市生活的期望等与现行的户籍制度、城市文化和城市居民对他们的态度等产生了激烈的碰撞,导致了新生代农民工道德信仰的弱化和扭曲。社会应该从制度革新、组织关怀和文化建设等方面着手来化解他们的道德信仰与现实的矛盾冲突,以实现他们向社会主义道德信仰的渐近和皈依。

The new generation of migrant workers＇ pacted and shocked by the urban civilization in the moral beliefs have inevitably been more profoundly irasocial transition. Because their overall literacy, social experience,the expectations of city life have collided fiercely with the existing household registration system, urban culture, and urban residents on their attitudes, the new generation migrant works＇ moral belief have been weakened and distorted. In order to achieve the new generation works＇ moral belief consistency with the socialist moral beliefs gradually, the community should reform the system, organizational culture and other aspects of care to resolve the conflicts of their moral beliefs and the reality.
