对湖北省宜化股份有限公司所用的甲醇精制主塔进行了计算与分析 ,采用的数学模型为 MESH方程 ,所得结果基本符合实际 .找出了最佳回流比 R=1 .5～ 2 .0 .最佳进料位置为第 1 2块板左右 ,最佳侧线采出位置为第 1 2或 1 3块板 ,所得结果可对实际操作提供理论依据 .

We have caculate the methanol distillation main column of HubeiYichan Chemical Industry Co. Ltd.The mathematical model we have adopted is MESH functions. The results we get agree well with the data of the factory,and we have found the optimum reflex ration is 1.5-2,the optimum position to feed material is the 12th plate or so, the position to side draw plate is the 12th or 13th plate.The results we have obtained can throw theorical road to the practical operation.
