摘要
介绍了多孔玻璃在科学技术及国民生产中的各种用途 .对多孔玻璃的制备工艺原理作了论述 ,并从玻璃组成、热处理时间和温度、酸度处理以及掺杂等角度阐述了制备工艺中影响孔径大小和分布的因素 .比较了康宁工艺和 PPG工艺 .最后 ,列举了多孔玻璃的一些性质 。
This thesis reviews various applications of porous glass in science technology and batch production. The principle of production and the effects of glass composite, the temperature and time of heating treatment, acid treatment and additive on pore radiuses and distribution of porous glass are studied. The comparisons between Corning process and PPG process are discussed and the properties of porous glass are illustrated. Finally we point out some problems of porous glass in its research and application.
