粮食管理、预警与应急预案生成系统

System for Food Management,Early Warning & Contingency Plan Generating

为了解决粮食管理过程中存在粮食安全风险预警不及时、不准确和难以找出相应解决方案的问题,构建了粮食管理、预警与应急预案生成系统。利用预警自动地生成应急预案,并与应急指挥系统相对接,提供管理、预警、应急"一条龙"式的技术支持。引入短信接口功能,用户可以使用无线终端操作系统。运行结果表明:本系统对已知的风险和潜在的风险处理更为及时,从而解决了以往同类系统功能相对单一的难题。

A system for food management,early warning and contingency plan generating has been set up to solve inaccurate warning time for food safety risk,the difficulty to find appropriate solutions to the problem in food management process.Early warning system is used to generate the emergency plan automatically,to have a relative access to emergency command system providing technical support in management,early warning and emergency.By introduction of SMS interfaces,users can use the wireless terminal to participate in the system.The result shows that the system for known risks and potential risks is more timely.Thus the problem of relatively simple functions of similar systems in the past has been solved.
