摘要 用Φ25× 5 ×420mm的固定床反应器系统对拟一级不可逆反应进行了实验研究。实验测定了反应器系统的参数灵敏性行为,并将试验结果与理论预测的结果进行了比较从而获得了反应器安全操作的判据。此判据可以指出在给定绝热温升S下安全设计反应系统所需的最小传热能力N。 Experiments are undertaken on 25 ×5 ×420mm packed bed reactor system in which a pseudo first order reaction is carried out. The parametrically sensitive behaviour of a reactor system is measured.The results of experiment are compared with theoretically predicated results and the criteria of the safe operation of reactor system are obtained.The criteria present the minimum heat-transfer capacity N required for a safe design of a reacting system for a given adiabatic temperature rise S.
