摘要
针对传统的绘制斜切椭圆筒钣金件展开图工作量大、过程繁琐、加工质量难保证等问题,结合实例提出了基于CAXA-ME软件的CAGD图解法。其解法是先测量基本数据,其后利用投影法求作展开后的XY坐标,再绘制展开图,最后进行误差分析以确定是否达到设计要求。
The traditional drawing of oblique elliptic cylinder sheet metal drawing workload big,complex process,difficult to guarantee the machining quality problem,puts forward a graphic method based on software CAXA-ME CAGD.Its solution is first measured data,then using the projection to make the unfolded XY coordinate,and then draw the diagram,finally carries on the error analysis to determine whether the design requirements.
