摘要
目的:运用指纹图谱技术,对不同采收月份、采收时间和不同加工方法的凉粉草进行质量评价,确定最佳采收时间和适宜的加工方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定,色谱柱为Dikma Diamonsil(2)C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-2%甲酸(梯度洗脱);检测波长为320 nm;流速为0.8 ml.min-1;柱温为25℃。结果:凉粉草最佳采收月份为9~10月,最佳采收时间为午后16:00左右;加工方法可根据用途作相应的加工。结论:该法准确可靠,重复性好,为凉粉草药材生产质量控制提供了依据。
Objective: To study the quality of Mesona chinensis Benth with different collecting time and processing method by HPLC fingerprints to provide scientific basis for the construction of GAP base.Method: HPLC with Dikma Diamonsil(2) C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was applied.The chromatographic conditions were as follows: the mobile phase of acetonitrile-2.0% methane acid with gradient elution,the detection wavelength of 320 nm,the flow rate of 0.8 ml·min-1 and the column temperature of 25℃.Result: The suitable harvest time was from 12:00 to 17:00 in the afternoon of September and October,and the best time was about 16:00pm.The processing methods should be adjusted according to the pharmacological applications.Conclusion: The method is repeatable and can be used for the quality control of Mesona chinensis Benth.
