摘要
目的:运用指纹图谱技术,对不同采收月份、采收时间和不同加工方法的凉粉草进行质量评价,确定最佳采收时间和适宜的加工方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定,色谱柱为Dikma Diamonsil(2)C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-2%甲酸(梯度洗脱);检测波长为320 nm;流速为0.8 ml.min-1;柱温为25℃。结果:凉粉草最佳采收月份为9～10月,最佳采收时间为午后16:00左右;加工方法可根据用途作相应的加工。结论:该法准确可靠,重复性好,为凉粉草药材生产质量控制提供了依据。
Objective： To study the quality of Mesona chinensis Benth with different collecting time and processing method by HPLC fingerprints to provide scientific basis for the construction of GAP base.Method： HPLC with Dikma Diamonsil（2） C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）was applied.The chromatographic conditions were as follows： the mobile phase of acetonitrile-2.0% methane acid with gradient elution,the detection wavelength of 320 nm,the flow rate of 0.8 ml·min-1 and the column temperature of 25℃.Result： The suitable harvest time was from 12：00 to 17：00 in the afternoon of September and October,and the best time was about 16：00pm.The processing methods should be adjusted according to the pharmacological applications.Conclusion： The method is repeatable and can be used for the quality control of Mesona chinensis Benth.
