蓝竹根胶囊醇-水提取物的HPLC指纹图谱研究

Study on HPLC Fingerprints of Alcohol-water Extracts from Lanzhugen Capsules

目的:建立具有蓝竹根胶囊醇-水提取物完整质量信息的指纹图谱以保证蓝竹根胶囊质量的稳定性。方法:选择适宜的HPLC条件,并对该方法进行相关的方法学考察,采用国家药典委员会发行的中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统2004A版进行相似度评价。结果:方法学的考察表明,本研究建立的分析方法有较好的精密度、重复性和稳定性。在95 min分析时间内有18个共有峰,建立了蓝竹根胶囊提取物的特征指纹图谱。结论:本研究为蓝竹根胶囊的质量控制提供了理论依据。

Objective： To establish the fingerprints of alcohol-water extracts from Lanzhugen capsules to provide the full information and ensure the quality stability.Method： Appropriate conditions of HPLC was chosen,and the relevant methological evaluation on the HPLC fingerprints of Lanzhugen capsules were developed.The fingerprints were evaluated using the similarity evaluation software（2004A） published by the pharmacopeia commission.Result： The methodological evaluation showed that the method showed high precision,good reproducibility and promising stability.Within 95 minutes,the HPLC fingerprints which consisted of 18 common peaks and the characteristic fingerprints of Lanzhugen capsules extracts had been established.Conclusion： The study establishes a theoretical basis for the quality control of Lanzhugen capsules.
