摘要
目的:对簕欓根进行生药学研究,为簕欓根的临床利用和开发提供依据。方法:采用来源鉴别、性状鉴别、显微鉴别和理化鉴别方法等。结果:簕欓根的外皮易剥落,皮部与木部易分离,木部有环纹;根横切面有3~4轮偏心性、同心环状年轮,导管沿径向排列,橙皮苷结晶多,有方晶;粉末中淀粉较少;理化结果表明簕欓中含有黄酮、生物碱等主要活性成分。结论:该研究为簕欓根药材的深入研究和开发利用提供了理论依据。
Objective: To establish pharmacognostical methods on Radix Zanthoxyli avicennae so as to provide scientific evidence for clinical application and development of Zanthoxylum avicennae(Lam.)DC..Method: The original plant identification,morphological,microscopic identification are adopted to identify original plant Radix Zanthoxyli avicennae by systematic identification of pharmacognosy.Result: The exodermis is easily peel off,the cortex is easily separate from the woody part,there are some annulations in the woody part and 3~4 rounds of eccentric and concentric annual rings in the transaction,the vessels are radial orientation,the aurantiamarin crastals are numerous,solitary crystal sometimes can be seen,and there are little starch in the powder.Physic-chemical experiment show that it is containing some active components such as flavones and alkaloid etc.Conclusion: The results of the study serve as scientific evidences for clinical application and development of Radix Zanthoxyli avicennae.
