This article, mainly based on the connotations, functions and development process of its analytical discourse, expounds the basic factors of effectiveness, which influence the discourse analyses in vocational counseling, including talk, deconstruction, intelligence / knowledge, psychological complex, ideology and identity, etc. The study of discourse analyses helps to cause the possibilities of self reflection in the vocational counseling and its development, thus enhancing the sense of morality and justice of the subjects.
