摘要
全球的激烈竞争和消费需求变化的不确定性使价值链的发展具有非线性特征,这为后发国家和地区的企业转型升级提供了机会。而大企业集团的成功转型无疑对区域经济发展具有全局性的作用。目前,我国区域大企业集团仍面临成长性偏弱、价值链层次不高、自主创新和管理协调能力不强的问题,因此需要进一步推动市场导向的企业自主创新、培育完整国内价值链、加大品牌创造、注重企业家人才建设、促进企业制度转型。
Global competition and the uncertainty of change of consumer demand forge the non--linear characteristic of the value chain development, which provides an opportunity for transformation and upgrading of developing countries and regions. Obviously, the groups' successful transition plays a vanguard role in the regional economic development. At present, the regional large enterprise groups in China are still faced with the problems of weak growth, low value chain, poor capability of innovation and management. Therefore, further work should be done to promote market--oriented innovation, nurture the integrity of the entrepreneurial talents domestic value chain, and promote enterprise enhance brand creation, focus on the cultivation of system transformation.
