早期针刺联合现代康复治疗脑卒中偏瘫的临床疗效观察

OBSERVATION ON CLINICAL THERAPEUTIC EFFECT OF EARLY ACUPUNCTURE COMBINED WITH MODERN REHABILIITATION INTERVENTION ON HEMIPLEGIA AFTER STROKE

目的探讨早期针刺联合现代康复治疗脑卒中偏瘫的临床疗效。方法将100例入选的急性期脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为综合康复组和非综合康复组,二组均在同时给予神经内科常规药物治疗和康复训练,综合康复组患者在其基础上进行针刺治疗。采用简化Fugl-Meyer值与BI值作为观察指标分别于治疗前和治疗后评定患者的运动功能和日常生活活动能力,并记录入组后3个月时二组的残疾率(BI≤60)。结果二组患者治疗后的Fugl-Meyer值和BI值均有提高,二组间增加值比较,综合康复组明显优于非综合康复组(P<0.05);二组的残疾率比较,综合康复组也优于非综合康复组(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中偏瘫患者在常规药物治疗及康复训练的基础上早期介入针刺可明显改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的运动功能和提高其日常生活活动能力,降低致残率。

Objective To explore the effect of early Acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation intervention on hemiplegia after stroke. Methods The 100 selected patients with hemiplegia after acute stroke were randomly divided into non - comprehensive rehabilitation non- comprehensive group, two groups were given neurological conventional drug therapy and rehabilitation training, patients of the com- prehensive rehabilitation group on the basis of acupuncture in their treatment,at the same time. Simplified Fugl- Meyer value and the BI value indicators were observed in before and afterthe treatment of patients with treatment assessment of motor function and activities of daily living, and record the two groups disability rates after three months into the group （BI≤60）. Results Two groups of patients Fugl- Meyer val- ue and BI value after treatment were increased, the added value between the two groups,compared compre- hensive rehabilitation group was significantly better than noncomprehensive rehabilitation group （P〈 0.05） ; two groups disability rates compared comprehensive rehabilitation group was better than non- comprehensive rehabilitation group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Stroke patients with the conventional drug treat- ment and rehabilitation training of early intervention on the basis of acupuncture can significantly improve motor function and improve their activities of daily living, reduce disability.
