常州市居民对基本公共卫生服务项目的认知与态度分析

Analysis on Residents'Knowledge and Attitude of Basic Public Healthcare Services in Changzhou

目的了解常州市居民对基本公共卫生服务项目的认知和态度。方法采用结构式问卷对常州市居民进行抽样调查,调查居民对各类基本公共卫生服务项目的知晓情况、项目开展必要性的评价以及不配合项目开展的原因等。结果居民对大部分基本公共卫生服务项目的知晓率在65.00%以上,但对不同类别项目的认知情况存在差异;各类项目开展必要性的认同度在90.00%左右;居民不配合项目开展的常见原因是嫌麻烦或认为无实际意义,不同项目不配合的主要原因存在差异。结论居民对基本公共卫生服务项目的整体认知较好,认同度高。建议应结合不同项目特征有针对性地加大宣传力度;同时,探索建立均等化项目准入机制。

OBJECTIVE The research is to know the residents＇ knowledge and attitude of basic public healthcare services in Changzhou.METHODS Based on purposive sampling method,the rural and urban residents have been investigated in Changzhou.Questions asked include：whether they know the basic public healthcare services,their attitude toward each of the basic public healthcare services,and the reasons they refuse to accept the basic public healthcare services.RESULTS More than 65.00% residents have known the basic public healthcare services and there are differences in their knowledge on different services.About 90.00% residents believe those services are essential.As to the reasons that residents refuse to take part in the based public healthcare services,there are some common reasons as well as unique reasons.CONCLUSION Most people have known the services,which is beneficial to carry out the services.It is necessary to strengthen the propaganda of based public healthcare services according to the characteristic of different services.We should analyze the existing resources and establish mechanism to Determine the priority of the services.It is necessary to take appropriate measures to improve the residents＇ willingness to participate in the different services.
