摘要
在从个体层面对影响社区居民肠癌预防知识接受程度的各类因素进行分析。选择上海市的4个区作为样本点进行为期2年的健康教育项目干预。采用同一知识、态度、行为(Knowledge,Attitude,Practice,KAP)问卷在干预前和干预后分别对当地居民进行调查,共收集2719份有效问卷。通过对比KAP问卷的前后得分,了解居民对防癌知识的接受程度,确定健康教育成效。研究建立线性回归模型,分析影响社区防癌健康教育成效的主要因素。
Based on data from population,this paper aims to analysing the factors that infect the effect of community health education on cancer prevention.A two-year health education intervention was carried out in 4 districts,which were selected as research fields.Before and after intervention,a same KAP questionnaire was used to test individuals about their awareness of cancer.According to the gap of the two scores,the effect of health education intervention was evaluated.Based on the result of linear regression model,the main factors that infect the effect of intervention were analysed.
