都安瑶族自治县2004—2010年乙丙类传染病流行概况分析

Analysis on Epidemiology General Situation of B and C Type Communicable Diseases in Du'an County From 2004 to 2010

目的分析都安瑶族自治县2004—2010年乙丙类传染病的发病态势,分析其流行特征和规律,为制订防治策略和措施提供科学依据。方法收集该县2004—2010年的法定传染病乙类和丙类疫情资料,采用Excel软件进行统计分析。结果全县近7年报告乙类和丙类传染病24种共20199例,人群年均报告发病率为439.87/10万,其中乙类传染病17种共16014例,人群年均报告发病率为348.73/10万,年报告发病率居前5位的是肺结核病、病毒性肝炎、梅毒、细菌性痢疾和艾滋病(AIDS)。传染病死亡人数共195例,人群死亡率为4.25/10万,其中AIDS/HIV病例占总死亡人数的72.31%,狂犬病病例占13.33%,肺结核病例占5.64%。结论该县近7年乙丙类传染病报告发病率呈逐年增多趋势,特别是AIDS/HIV病例死亡人数呈现逐年上升趋势,需进一步加强传染病的监控和预防。

OBJECTIVE The object is to analyze the epidemic condition of infectious diseases in Du＇an county from 2004—2010,and provide a scientific measurement and prevention for the diseases.METHODS Data regard to infectious disease of category B and C are collected from the county during 2004 to 2010.Windows Excel is used to statistical analyze.RESULTS In pass 7 years,there were 24 different types of category B and C infectious diseases with total of 20 199 cases.The annual population incidence rate was at 439.87/100 000,where 17 types of the category B infectious diseases with incidence rate at 348.73/100 000 at total 16 014 cases.Top five reported infectious diseases were pulmonary tuberculosis,hepatitis virus,syphilis,dysentery and AIDS.There were 195 death cases with mortality rate at 4.25/100 000,where 72.31% was AIDS/HIV,13.33% was rabies and 5.64% was pulmonary tuberculosis.CONCLUSION The incidence of category B and C infectious diseases increased in pass seven years.The AIDS/HIV patients showed increased year by year the number of deaths,the need to further strengthen surveillance and prevention of infectious diseases.
