摘要
通过试验对高浓度硝酸盐氮 HACH测定方法中各试剂的国产化进行探讨 ,认为用 1 0∶ 1硫酸溶液与 0 .0 4 g变色酸替代原进口试剂较合理 ,并有较好精密度与回收率。
s:Chemical compositions and contain of the reagents used in determination of nitrate nitrogen with HACH method were studied.The experimental results showed that it was suitable that 10∶1 sulfuric acid solution and 0 04 g chromotropic acid were used to replace some import reagents,it has good replicability and recovery rate.
