摘要
在磷酸介质中加入亚微米级Al2O3难溶性粉体,对铝进行复合阳极氧化。结果表明,Al2O3难溶性粉体的加入使铝阳极氧化膜厚度提高了45%,显微硬度提高了70%以上,耐NaOH腐蚀性能提高了一倍以上。阴离子型表面活性剂和两性型表面活性剂对复合阳极氧化有促进作用,而阳离子型或非离子型表面活性剂使复合阳极氧化效果降低。文中对复合阳极氧化过程进行了相应的讨论。
Composite anodization of Al in phosphoric acid soln. added with insoluble submicron size Al 2O 3 particles, addition of which increases coating thickness by 45%, Vickers hardness by more than 70% and resistance to NaOH corrosion doubled. Effects of composite anodization could be promoted by anionic and zwitter ionic surfactants and decreased by cationic and non ionic surfactants. Its process is also discussed.
