摘要
在正常人眼,即存在着补体和补体调节蛋白。许多研究证实,补体调节蛋白对补体系统的有效调控在许多眼病的发病机制中起着重要作用,如角膜炎、葡萄膜炎、老年性黄斑变性和糖尿病性视网膜病变等。所以,对于补体调节蛋白在这些疾病中所起的作用,以及通过补体调节蛋白治疗这些疾病的研究将是未来的一个趋势。
Complement and complement regulatory protein are present in the normal human eyes. Many studies support the concept that effective regulation by complement regulatory protein on complement system plays an important role in pathogenesis of various ocular diseases, such as keratitis, uveitis, age-related macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy. So, further studies are tend to get insight of the roles of complement regulatory proteins in development and treatment of these diseases.
