云南红河流域的水土流失与重点防治

红河流域植被覆盖度低 ,水土流失严重。重点防治水土流失 ,须立足于生物措施 ,推广“两效快速”树种和采用“漏斗覆膜”等技术 ;有条件开垦耕地的 ,可采用逐年梯带化等技术 ,并应由政府责成有关部门加以宣传和组织实施 ,科技机构带头示范 。

The Honghe River basin suffers from low plantation coverage and water and soil erosion.The biological measure is the fundamental way out.If conditions allow,the terracing of land should also be made.The government and relative departments are responsible to the publicity and organization while the scientific and technological institutes should make the example.
