摘要
以曲靖市炼焦制供气厂环评工作为基础 ,从焦化酚氰污水特性和南盘江曲靖、陆良段水文特征方面探讨该厂酚氰污水的污染控制 ,提出了源头控制、工艺过程控制、终端治理措施控制及调节库排水调节控制等综合控制对策 。
Based on the environmental assessment of the Coking Gas Provision Plant in Qujing,the article discusses the pollution control on Phenol Cyanogen waste-water from the perspective of the features of coking phenol cyanogen wastewater and the water regime of the Nanpan River section between Qujing and Luliang.Proposals of controlling the pollution resource,the technical process,terminal treatment and discharge adjustment are put forward in the article.
