摘要
无刷直流电机的反电势畸变导致电磁转矩存在原理性脉动。通过分析基于电压空间矢量和磁链控制理论的无刷直流电机直接转矩控制策略,得出了关断相既不影响转矩也不影响磁链的结论,同时针对反电势产生畸变的无刷直流电机控制提出了一种采用电流波形预补偿来减小转矩脉动的直接转矩控制策略。仿真实验的结果证明了该策略的正确性和有效性。
The torque of brushless DU motor (BLDCM) with nonideal back EMF waveforms fluctuates in terms of theory. The turn-off phases donrt affect the voltage vector and the flux-linkage by analyzing the volt- age vector and the flux-linkage control theory of BLDCM was put forward. Then,a torque direct control meth- od for BLDCM with non-ideal back EMF waveforms was presented, which can reduce the torque ripple by com- pensating the phase current. The simulation results validate the feasibility of the control strategy.
