EMC Structure Design and Installation Related Analysis for ZX Series Converter

国家标准对电气产品电磁兼容性的要求有明确的定义,因而在电气产品设计安装过程中需要同步将EMC相关要求纳入考量范围。总结了相关EMC基本原理与现有设计方法,针对现有ZX产品系统构造特点,进行屏蔽材料属性的分析与计算并完成材料的选择和产品主要部件结构布局的分析与优化,并对产品实际安装中遇到的问题进行了分析与总结。完成了ZX系列产品EMC整体结构改进,为相关电气产品的EMC设计提供了参考和依据。

China national standard has included well-defined EMC requirements for electrical products, so related EMC consideration should be consequently integrated into the process of design and installation of elec- trical products. The prevailing EMC principle and methods were summarized,and specifically argued about rel- evant EMC issues of ZX series product by engaging shielding material selection by analysis and calculation, main assembly layout improvement,and analysis of the EMC problems we may encounter while the process of installation. ZX series product EMC structure has been systematically improved by it, which can be taken for reference while similar electrical oroduct EMC design is engaged.
