摘要
提出了一种基于以太网的同步伺服通讯协议EtherPSP(以太网脉冲同步协议),进行了初步的理论分析,分别设计了硬件和软件实现方案。搭建了一个以DSP为伺服控制核心的EtherPSP测试网络,验证了该协议的可行性,并测试了同步脉冲的驱动能力。此外,还将该协议与实时通讯的国际标准-SERCOS(串行实时通讯协议)协议在性能特点等方面进行了分析对比。
A new sync servo communication protocol-EtherPSP (ethernet pulse-synchronized protocol) was proposed. Both hardware and software solutions were discussed after theoretical analysis. A testing EtherPSP network,which used embedded DSPs as control units, was built and the feasibility and loading capacity were tested and verified. Furthermore, the international standard real-time communication protocol-SERCOS was briefly discussed and compared with EtherPSP on their performance and characteristics.
