摘要
分析了平顶山市新城区规划的土地资源承载力、水资源环境承载力、大气环境承载力等,得出平顶山市新城区可持续发展所面临的主要问题是水资源不足和大气环境容量缺失的结论.建议在规划过程中考虑中水回用,节约水资源;采用清洁能源,减少大气污染物的排放.
The analysis of resources ＆ environmental carting capacity is an important part in environmental impact assessment. This paper analyzed the land resources carrying capacity, the water resources environmental carring capacity and the atmospheric environmental capacity on Pingdingshan new urban district planning. The results show that the main problems of sustainable development concentrated in water shortage and the lack of environmental capacity. It is suggested that special attentions should be paid on water reuse and clean energy.
