摘要
目的通过在养老院实施特色养老护理管理,从多方面提升养老护理服务品牌,从根本上推动养老事业的改革与发展。方法主要从四大方面入手:①转变观念,树立"以老人为中心"的理念。②健全制度,实施规范化管理。③做好特色养老护理技术管理。④落实"三个注重"措施,即注重人员培训、注重"人性化"和注重多方反馈。结果从多方面提高了养老护理质量,深受领导好评和老人欢迎。结论在养老院实施特色护理管理,有助于提高养老护理质量。
Objective By practicing featured nursing management at nursing home to promote from multiaspects service brand for nursing the aged and to push forward fundamentally the reform and development of the old-age nursing business.Methods It started mainly from four aspects：①Change perception to establish the idea of senior citizen-centered.②Complete systems to implement standardized management.③Carry out the featured nursing technical management.④Implement＂Three Stresses＂,which are stress of personnel training,stress of humanity and stress of multiaspect feedback.Results The quality of the old-age nursing care was promoted from multiaspects,which was highly appreciated by both leaders and the senior people.Conclusion Implementation of the characteristics of care management,to help improve the quality of nursing care in nursing homes.
