无缝隙护理模式在乳腺癌根治保留肋间臂神经术中的应用

Application of seamless nursing mode to radical mastectomy for breast cancer with preserving intercostobrachial nerve

目的观察在乳腺癌根治保留肋间臂神经(ICBN)术中应用无缝隙护理模式患肢功能恢复情况。方法 186例乳腺癌根治保留ICBN患者,随机分为两组,实验组97例,对照组89例,实验组按照无缝隙管理理念,给予无缝隙干预,对照组按常规指导患肢功能锻炼。结果全部病例术后1个月、2个月进行随访,实验组及对照组术后1个月患肢功能恢复率分别为80.4%及66.3%,2个月分别为89.7%及84.3%,差异有统计学意义。结论无缝隙护理模式保证了患者功能锻炼的完整性和持续性,最大程度恢复了患肢功能,提高了生活质量。

Objective To observe the function recovery of the patient limb after seamless nursing mode to radical mastectomy for breast cancer with preserving intercostobrachial nerve（ICBN）.Methods 186 patients with radical mastectomy for breast cancer with preserving ICBN were randomly divided into two groups,97 in the experimental group and 89 in the control group.The experimental group was given seamless nursing while the control group was just given the regular guidance.Results In the follow-up visit to all patients after one and two months,the recovery rates of the patient limb in the experimental group and the control group after one month were 80.4% and 66.3%,while after two months were 89.7% and 84.3%,the difference was of statistic significance.Conclusion Seamless nursing mode can ensure the integrity and continuity of the functional training,and regain the patient limb function to an extreme degree so as to increase the life quality.
