新疆生态环境质量评价指标体系研究

Study on ecological environmental quality as assessment index system of Xinjiang.

建立省区一级生态环境质量评价指标体系，在我国具有十分重要的理论和实践意义根据代表性、综合性、系统性、易获性原则，在具体指标设置上注意景观生态格局和生态功能的统一，水的主导因子作用，现行统计指标的选用，山地的特殊功能等，采用常用的综合指数法，以新疆８７个县（市）为评价单元，建立了简易合理、具可操作性的新疆生态环境质量评价指标体系，并确定了各指标的权值和相对的分级标准，为新疆生态环境现状的准确评价提供了可靠依据，对新疆社会经济的可持续发展和生态环境管理将起到积极作用．

It is important theoretically and practically for China to present a provincial-level ecological environmental quality assessment index system. On the basis representative, integrative,systematic and easily-acquired information prin- ciple in practically selection of index, the study paid attention to unity of landscape ecological pattern with ecological function, leading role of water in desert, use of existing statistics index and mountain's wet island function in desert region. Then, xijiang ecological environmental quality assessment index system was set up with comprehensive index method as assessment units of 87 cities or counties.The result show that the system is simple, reasonable and operable. Meanwhile, every index's weight and class-divided standard were determined.It will provide reliable basis for correct assessment of present ecological environment of Xinjiang and take positive role for sustainable social and economic development of Xinjiang.
