对60例高血压患者疗养前后V_1导联P波终末电势变化的分析

Analysis of the changes of PtfV_1 in 60 patients with hypertension before and after rehabilitation

目的探讨V1导联P波终末电势(PtfV1)与本院综合疗养因子对原发性高血压患者康复的临床意义。方法观察我院60例原发性高血压病患者疗养前后不同时期PtfV1负值变化情况。结果疗养1周后1级高血压患者及2级高血压患者与疗养前比较PtfV1负值差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);疗养2周后,1级高血压患者及2级高血压患者与疗养1周比较PtfV1负值差异也有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。3级高血压患者虽然在常规2周的疗养过程中PtfV1没有恢复正常,但其数值仍有明显变化。结论无论哪一级的高血压患者经本院常规疗养1周后都能显著减少PtfV1负值,且随着疗养时间的延长,PtfV1负值仍有显著性变小。说明我院综合疗养因子对降低血压、减少高血压患者左心负荷有显著作用。

Objective To probe into the clinical significance of using PtfV1 and comprehensive convalescent factors to rehabilitate patients with primary hypertension.Methods The changes of PtfV1 negative value at different stages before and after the rehabilitation on 60 convalescents with primary hypertension at our sanatorium were observed and analyzed.Res ults After one week of rehabilitation,the differences of PtfV1 negative value in type-1 and type-2 convalescents with hypertension before and after the treatment was of high statistic significance（P0.01）.After two weeks of rehabilitation,the differences of PtfV1 negative value in type-1 and type-2 convalescents with hypertension,compared with the negative value after one week,was also of high statistic significance（P 0.01）.Though PtfV1 in type-3 convalescents with hypertension after two weeks of rehabilitation didn＇t return to the normal,its value change was still obvious.Conclus ion No matter with what type hypertension,the PtfV1 negative value in convalescents can be obviously reduced after one week of conventional rehabilitation at our sanatorium,and with long rehabilitation,PtfV1 negative value can become even low.This can prove the comprehensive convalescent factors at our sanatorium can dramatically lower blood pressure and reduce the left cardiac load of the patients.
