本文对我区“十五”环境保护规划编制的指导思想、基本原则、规划重点、技术路线等进行了探讨 。

In the paper,the guideline、principle、key points and technological methods to draw up the tenth five planning of environmental protection in Inner Mongolia were discussed,and the main problems needed to be paid attention during the stipulation of the tenth five planning in Inner Mongolia and Leagues (municipality) were proposed.
