摘要 新型"超级细菌"NDM-1是细菌携带的一种极强的耐药基因,能水解几乎所有的β-内酰胺类抗生素,对临床治疗威胁极大。介绍了NDM-1的基因、特点、耐药机制及新抗菌药物的研究。 The new ＂superbug＂ NDM-1 was a strong bacterial resistance gene, which could hydrolyze almost all plactam antibiotics,and cause great threat to clinical treatment.To summary the gene, characteristics, mechanism of resistance and research of new anti-bacteria drugs of NDM-1.
