摘要
目前有机高分子絮凝剂聚丙烯酰胺广泛应用于抗生素过滤工序,不同分子量的絮凝剂与抗生素发酵液反应,通过对比絮凝效果、透光率、抽干时间、滤饼重量,筛选合适的高分子絮凝剂应用于过滤生产,提高了过滤速度,改进了过滤液质量。
Polyacrylamide (PAM), which is a kind of organic polymer flocculant, now is widely used in antibiotics filtration process. The flocculant with different molecular weight had reacted with antibiotics fermented liquid. The proper polymer flocculant had been screened for the antibiotics filtration process by the comparisons of flocculation effect, trans- mittance, drained time and filter cake weight to increase filtration process speed and to improve the filtrate quality.
