摘要
为了最大程度避免液氯贮罐区的泄漏污染事故发生,针对氯的特性,并依据相关规范、规定,提出了液氯贮罐区在工程设计中应采取的安全设施与措施。安全设施与措施的采用,可从根本上减少液氯贮罐区事故发生的可能性及事故的影响程度,为液氯生产、贮存、使用企业的安全提供保障。
In order to avoid leakage and pollution of liquid chlorine from tank district, to put forward some safety facilities and measures for engineering designs of liquid chlorine tank district based on the properties of chlorine and the related design specifications. The implementation of the safety facilities and measures could decrease the possibility of accidents and the accident influence degree. With the safety facilities and measures,to obtain the reliable guarantee of safety in the companies for liquid chlorine manufacturing, storing and using.
