参芪扶正注射液联合化疗方案对晚期恶性肿瘤患者生活质量的影响

目的:探讨参芪扶正注射液联合化疗方案对晚期恶性肿瘤患者生活质量的影响。方法:62例患者随机分为两组,对照组30例,单纯化疗。观察组32例,采用参芪扶正联合化疗,平均化疗5.7周期。结果:总有效率两组比较有显著差异性(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后白细胞变化比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗组生活质量较对照组明显改善。结论:参芪扶正注射液联合化疗治疗恶性肿瘤可减轻化疗引起的毒副作用,使患者化疗依从性更好,从而提高机体免疫功能。

Objective：To discuss the Influence of the SFI liquid combined with chemotherapy on quality of life of patients with malignant.Methods：62 patients were randomly divided into two groups（n=30）,chemotherapy alone.Observation group（n=32）were given SFI combined with chemotherapy,with an average 5.7 cycles of chemotherapy.Results：The total efficiency of the two groups was significantly different（P0.05）.Changes in white blood cells before and after treatment there was significant difference（P0.01）.Quality of life in the treatment group improved significantly than the control group.Conclusion：SFI combined with chemotherapy for cancer can reduce chemotherapy-induced side effects,better compliance to chemotherapy,enhance immune function.
